I got there at 4pm with my mates giving me a lift. Having bought a ticket in advance...I was a bit miffed at having to wait 20 mins in queue outside to get in. Normally they have queues for g/l and tickets seperately? But that didnt deter from a fantastic Sunday down at The End. Place was absotely heaving in both rooms! I couldnt believe how many faces and people from clubbing past as well as present were there! The main room rocked all day..I thought Lisa Lashes played a blinder...especially dropping 'Carte Blanche' ahh . The djs after really saw the final Riot in style.....Ed Real, Andy Farley and BK...those guys well and truly smashed it ....boshing tunes on a superb sound system...which we will miss.... We also spent quite a bit of time in the 2nd room which served up some great house, electro, breaks etc.... plus some amusing goings on ...amongst peeps! Im going to miss Riot and The End....a party and venue which has served us very well over the past few years. Thanks and well done to Ed and the Riot crew....for your hard work and effort in putting this special final party on. Yeah I should also say that the bouncers werent nice at all, me and friend got there at 530, there was no queue at all, handed e-ticket printout to bouncer after he had already pushed me back quite roughly, he said we arent coming in its not a 'ticket' tried to explain it was counted as a proper ticket and he proceeded to be very rude and sarcastic. Meanwhile other ppl were turning up and he was letting them straight in. I almost left there and then. Then after 25 mins another bouncer took over and eventually let us in.
