I'd say so on the result of his latest showing.

It was a pretty good party all in all. It was good to catch up with some old faces. The music was pretty good, a bit slow to start and slumped a bit at some points but the people around me were more than enough to compensate.

Absolute Fact

Proactive was one of the best nights i have had in ages. Got there about 1am the club looked amazing and was rammed. Wardmans set was excellent, really suited the tempo for that time of night. I missed a lot of the psy trance but what i heard was good. The hard style was pants, it cleared the floor but gave me a bit of a breather to have a chat outside. Dave the drummer came on and it got rammed again. Easily the best set of the night has got me totally hooked on banging techno. Please please paul you have to make this guy a resident! Mixing and tune selection was spot on and had everyone on the floor with big smiles across their faces Smile And of course Glazby and Farley. Their set rocked too Big grin

Hi to everyone i met, including Webbo, Jai, Disco Diva, Cheerio, Amanda, Paul and his Misses. Hope i didn't leave anyone out. Waves

Fantastic night Thumbs up

P.s were any of the sets recorded? Would make a great promo cd or download mix (Especially Dave the Drummers!) Not worthy...

YO!

A pathetically brief visit yet all the same, enjoyable. Lovely to see so many faces from the past and soak up the unmistakable PP vibes, even for a short time. Super venue- really impressed with the sound, security, and outdoor area.

Party Proactive thunders back into town...5th Birthday @ Area 02/05/09

I had a wicked night....

I love Area so much I could quite happilly go there every weekend and not get bored... the lights, the soundsystem, lots of rooms.... really nice garden....brilliant venue Big grin

Musically set of the night has to be Axel Karakasis, loved his set last time he played and Saturdays didnt disappoint!! Excellent follow on by Pete, who played Nueva York Thumbs up
Dejavoo were awesome and D.A.V.E. The Drummer was just brilliant as I knew he would be and as for Mr Farley and Mr Glazby.... perfect, finishing with Barriers... TUUUUUUNE!!! Not worthy...

Must say Im fairly happy I was in the garden when the hardstyle was on...made sure I didnt go back in until it had finished Laughs out loud

Funniest part of the night has to be comparing the bums of 2 particular DJs with Jo..... and trying to work out who's was the most squeezeable... jury is still out on that one Wink Devilish

PP should stay at Area Demonstrate the party had a fantastic atmosphere and I think the venue suits the party so well...

Waves to everyone I was chatting to.... gutted I missed most of Jacobs set cos of other stuff but as usual he was playing some wicked music to get peeps warmed up, also missed most of Andy Forse's as well Roll eyes (sarcastic)

Much love to Korg as usual for dancefloor antics Slayer Laughs out loud

Roll on the next one!! Wiggles

WigglesParty Proactive 5th Birthday... this saturday night at Area!Wiggles

Muiscally not really my thing - but then again I was never going to be in the mood for pounding oomph considering how tired I was. So I spent most of my time in the somewhat low-attended minimal room.

Great to see a few familiar faces though, and the venue, it has to be said, is excellent - and so close to home too! I hope it will be used for future events which are more up my street..

most sterile boring event i have been to in ages.

Steelo and Ting rescued what would have otherwise been a debacle.

Hmm you liked you were enjoying yourself when I spotted you on the main dance floor...

Anyway... Well done Paul & Jo for another splendid night.
Area is awesome, the lights & lazers are wicked & all rooms a good size. I don't smoke anymore but the chill out & smoking area is great too, lots of seating & room Thumbs up Perfect for PP Heartbeat

Loved the music, I love that you can go from each room & hear something different, only set I didn't enjoy was D4rk & Rhyd B otherwise everyone elses I heard was spot on, well done to Dave the drummer, you did a grand job & top fella too.

Great to see some many people there & lots of familiar faces & friendly faces, roll on the next one Big grin

Woooooot! Party Proactive 2nd May Woooooot!
