I've written a 3,000-word essay on this which I can't post as it's due to be submitted for publishing, and therefore needs to be kept out of the public domain.
I will link you up once it's online.

Is that just pertaining to the decriminalisation of drugs and its social and economic advantages or, as lol u no requested, purely about GHB?

The GHB debate is encapsulated, but yes the overall theme is the legalisation (actually) of drugs.

I've read several articles on this very subject recently (so I hope yours is good as there's a lot of material already out there) a lot of the scientific community are for it due to its effect on the global crime and health situations. Our own governments scientific advisors have time and again put this forward but it’s always seen as a vote loser. Although with Portugal already on the decriminalisation bus and the effects their being positive I don't think it will be too long before it’s taken up more widely across Europe, USA though will lag behind I think.

Their article is really tiny and limited in scope. I've tried to cover all bases for legalisation, and particularly attack that impostor which is decriminalisation. There's a ridiculous wealth of information out there which systematically takes-down any anti-legalisation arguments.
I'm adding some final touches to it and making a PDF with nice graphs etc.
I've been told to wait until there's a big drugs story and then put it up for consideration, as that will increase the chances of it being published.
