Fruit salad and yoghurt rocks after heavy clubbing in my opinion. Lots of bananas, apples and orange, strawberries, kiwi fruits, some kind of melon. Squeeze some lemon juice on top. Serve with yoghurt and / or ice cream. Yum. And fruit juice to drink, orange, apple, pineapple... Feels healthy, easy to digest, good for you. Gives lots of fast energy quick, doesn't feel heavy or difficult to neither make nor eat. Other than that I usually go for fried chicken and chips. Not as healthy, but easy to eat. If you really want to cook something I would recommend woked vegetables and pasta. Really light, again easy to make and eat. Has saved my life many a times after heavy weekends.
