H2O Fiesta Aqua Powered by 5FM takes place at Wild Waters in Boksburg on Saturday 3 October 2009 and promises to be the hottest, wettest, wildest H2O party yet! Expect to see SA’s elite DJing talent in action, including Ryan Dent, Roger d’Lux, Lady Lea, Pimp Squad, Ricardo da Costa, Spiro and Speedy alongside your favourite 5FM DJ’s Fresh, Euphonik, Erica Elle, Mlu and Roger Goode. Goode will broadcast his Saturday Surgery live from three different dancefloors.

OSCAR G (MIAMI, USA)
Oscar G, one-half of Murk and Funky Green Dogs, is regarded as one of America’s most successful DJs and producers. For over a decade, he has created hundreds of original productions and remixed A-Z of the biggest-selling music artists in the world. The signature Murk sound has a dark feel, sultry tribal drums, pulsating baselines, unforgettable melodies and soulful vocals.
Oscar and Ralph Falcon forged a friendship in the second grade. Growing up deeply rooted in their Cuban-American heritage whilst living in Miami, they garnered their first success in 1991 with “You Got Me” as The Intruders. From that moment on, Oscar and Ralph began to assimilate a body of house classics that will forever be ingrained in dance music history. From the eternal impact of the Sound Factory classic, Liberty City’s “Some Lovin’, to Billboard chart-topping staple “Fired Up!” by the Funky Green Dogs, to 2003 global epidemic “Dark Beat”, the Murk sound has been heard across the globe and compelled the likes of Madonna, Depeche Mode, Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige, Pet Shop Boys, Jennifer Lopez and Donna Summer to request remixes.
From regular appearances in Canada to Pacha, NYC to memorable sets in Ibiza, Oscar G is a seasoned performer and one of America’s finest DJs. In August 2001, Oscar began his now legendary residency at Miami’s illustrious Club Space. Regular 10-hour marathon sets became the stuff of legends and it, the most influential residency in North America. In 2003 Oscar was voted America’s Best Resident DJ by DJ Times magazine. Oscar was nominated Best Resident DJ again at the 2007 Club World Awards. His ‘Live At Space’ CD is a landmark reflection of his innate musical creativity as a DJ. Oscar also picked up three awards at the 2004 Winter Music Conference Awards (Best Artist, Best House Single and Best Garage Single).

TONY CHA CHA (AMSTERDAM)
Enormous amounts of ambition, talent and passion are the secrets to the success of Tony Cha Cha. Born Dimitrie Saliakus in The Hague (Holland), he grew up in the city of Amersfoort. Hoping to turn a teenage hobby into a serious vocation, Tony began gigging at school-parties and eventually started landing regular sets at clubs in his hometown.
In his early twenties Tony got his first big break at the hands of industry stalwart, DJ Jean. His fledgling residency at now defunct but then booming Amsterdam nightclub, IT was bestowed upon Tony Cha Cha. His unique mixing style and enigmatic, energetic presence behind the decks soon turned Tony into a firm favourite amongst both clubbers and promoters. Around the same time he also started to focus his attention on producing music. Releases like, ‘Shake & Rock This' and 'JAH' (a collaboration with DJ Chuckie) made their way into the record bags of many a reputable jock and clocked a fair amount of radio airplay as well!
Over the course of his career, Tony Cha Cha has played an impressive list of clubs and events across the globe including Mysteryland, Dance Valley, Nope Is Dope, Sneakerz and H2O South Africa. And it is live in action at these events, armed with a bevy off self-made bootlegs, that Tony has truly set himself apart. Tony’s insatiable penchant for remaking tracks enables him to deliver a fresh experience to the clubbers on his dancefloor again and again!
More recently Tony has chosen a new path with the imminent launch of his self-owned imprint, Cubical Records. Determined to carve an indelible mark on the global dance scene, the future looks bright for Tony Cha Cha!
