Back from a short break after the Christmas and New Year festivities, reFre5h returns in 2009 to the newly re-furbished 414 on Valentines Day with a great new look and some great new talent.
Feersum legend Dan Madams steps into the 414 to deliver his trademark sound of electrifying, driving Hard House. Resident DJ, In-house Producer, and A&R Manager of Feersum records, this guy has done it all and comes to show why Feersum was one of the best parties of it's time! A veteran to the scene, having played alongside some of the all time legends such as Justin Bourne, Paul Glazby, Stimulant DJ's and Andy Farley, Dan promises to blow the roof off the 414 this Valentine morning, making your heart skip a beat and show you why your first love will always be Hard House!
Electrik Shandy is a label hot on everyone’s lips at the moment and down at reFre5h we welcome none other than Dave Mac to showcase the label’s new tracks and sounds. Founder of the label, Dave Mac has plans bigger than Manchester City’s transfer list! Riding the wave of the recent resurgence in quality production Electrik Shandy intends to lead the way in unique and original electronic dance music of the harder persuasion. With top notch producers such as Trevor Dans, SQ and jFrantik this looks to be an exciting year for the label and how better to kick of the New Year than to play a showcase set at the newly re-furbished 414! Check them out at: http://www.myspace.com/electrikshandyrecordings
All this plus your reFre5h residents Timmy Whiz and Kevsta bringing you the best in underground Hard Dance is enough to leave you stomping your way through the weekend.
reFre5h your Saturday morning!
