One – The residents party
This month we’ve been lucky enough to secure the services of a pair of residents from two of the capitals most uplifting trance parties, Marc Antoine (Chemical Reaction) and Charlie Rox (Tilt).
Opening the night for us is Dave Irvine. With slots at Trance Airwaves, Trance’n’Dance, and Peach, he’ll warm the place up perfectly for Chemical Reactions very own Marc Antoine!
Marc’s no stranger to big room trance, having had sets at Spangulation, Addiction and at the opening night of Innovate. Chemical Reaction prides itself on quality music, quality people and a fantastic vibe. Running in Belushi’s Bar on the first Friday of each month, and with a birthday coming up, it’s a party not to miss.
Later on, Tilts one and only Charlie Rox will be playing his unique style of Driving, Euphoric Hard Trance. With sets at Twisted, Heat and Frantic behind him, we know he won’t disappoint. Tilt’s a party with passion that strives to bring the magic of clubbing back to a daytime trance party. We’re certainly looking forward to their return to their home, Studio 33. Tilt- It’s All About the Trance!
Conrad and K.A.R.L. will complete a line-up that’ll take the room on a journey from trance to hard, with two common elements, it has to be good, and it has to be uplifting.
Upstairs in the funky bar sees the third and final installment of the DJ competition. This month will see two places on our NYE line-up confirmed. Battling it out for those coveted places we have Simon B, Chris Rayner, Henry Hacking B2B Tee Vegas and Rob 2 Times. We’ve also got Anthony Sergeant back for another filthy, funky hour.
This month we have for your drinking pleasure:
Double Vodka & Red Bulls for £3 all night and 2 for 1 cocktails before 7pm. All that’s on top of the usual CD and shot giveaways that run throughout the night. We also have £5 concession passes to Innovate at the Fridge. Only a fiver to see Trevor McLachlan, Paul Glazby, Phil Reynolds, Nicki S, Nick Sentience and James Lawson! Where else can you get value like that?
Finally, if you’re a budding bedroom DJ or you’ve played out a few times and you’d be interested in playing at One, come on down, say hello and give us a demo. It’ll give us a chance to meet you and you a chance to see what we’re all about in a relaxed environment.
