Fiction, DTPM's younger sister, first opened it's doors in February 2000 at The Cross, in London's King's Cross. It was warmly welcomed by DTPM's followers, but soon found it's own crowd and identity, it has gone on to become London’s most consistently successful Friday night.
Initially, with only two rooms, London Clubbers decided that Fiction really was THE place to start your weekend. Then came the explosion ! After only six months, The Cross expanded & doubled in size. This put Fiction firmly on the map for Fridays & coined the phrase "Fridays are Fiction".
Now in its fifth year, the club has received wide acclaim as "London's best kept secret". It is one of a small number of clubs that relies mainly on its residents to provide a music policy that is all about quality & giving the crowd just what they want. We attract a polysexual, dressed up crowd, from fashion followers to trainer clad music heads. Fiction has become THE destination for many a celebrity looking for somewhere to lose themselves in an attitude free open minded environment.
