Psytrance duo Dejavoo, formed by Gilbraltan-born Kristian Vinales and Italian Francesco Murta (aka Kalimamboh), are headlining another edition of HAzaRD on 17th November. Tipped by DJmag as “the future of psytrance”, Kristian and Kalimamboh will be on tour around Brazil and will play for the first time in Belo Horizonte, one week after XXXperience São Paulo’s 10th Birthday. Renato Valadares, Pedra e Phill complete the line-up.
Kristian and Kalimamboh met at gigs they used to play and are together as a duo for almost three years now. Dejavoo have played at renowned festivals such as Full Moon (Germany), Freedom (Portugal) and Sonica (Italy). In addition, they also play for Antiworld and its Psychedelic Academy.
Last May Kristian released the compilation Transient Dawn – Salida del Sol, on Transient Records. Dejavoo’s latest track, “Versotran”, is part of the double compilation Back Wash, mixed by XXXperience’s founder DJ Feio. Dejavoo’s debut album – still unnamed – is almost ready and will be released by the end of this year.
This will be the first time Dejavoo hit Brazil. Their debut will be on 10th November at the special edition of XXXperience São Paulo. Then, they fly to Goiânia, where they perform alongside Eskimo and Black & White. On the following weekend, Kristian and Kalimamboh come to Belo Horizonte for an exclusive 3-deck set at Deputamadre.
