From Underground City a happy New Year to all!!
“The Festival series”
Underground City hosted by ‘Cohesion & Skankadelic’ is a new event with a festival theme and atmosphere starting at the Custard Factory, Birmingham. The night has been given the go ahead to use the whole venue which is a rare occurrence and gives Underground city the freedom of a 1500 capacity venue spread over 5 musical arenas including an outdoor stage and 100 seating cinema.
Cohesion, Birmingham’s biggest and longest running acid techno night returns after a break from club nights and has now teamed up with Skankadelic who continued the acid scene in Birmingham with a series successful nights at Subway City. The promoters decided to team up together to bring you a mega night of wild antic’s, avin’ it music of different genres, with up for it like minded party people all in one evening.
Underground city have gone all out on the production of this night, bringing in large projection screens, angle grinders (subject to licence), jugglers, stilt walkers, performers, high powered lasers and a whole market area selling everything from cd’s, club wear, vinyl, laughing gas and much much more.
There will be free give always on the night: vinyl, cd’s etc.
The custard factory has undergone a whole new makeover including a brand new funktion 1 sound system, extended dance floors, new bars, and much more.
