TREVOR ROCKCLIFFE, RENTOR RECORDS & TURNMILLS PRESENT… A NEW THURSDAY NIGHT IN LONDON FEATURING FUNKY TECHNO AND BREAKS
On Thursday 20th November Trevor Rockcliffe’s techno invasion continues here at Turnmills with the second midweek installment of Stomp – London’s newest night of Funky Techno and Breaks. October’s launch party was a great success (especially Trevor’s 5 hour marathon set!!) and November’s Stomp looks set to go one better with the legendary Colin Dale joining Trevor behind the decks.
“When Turnmills approached me to do a residenc,y I thought it was a great opportunity to do a night based on the music I'm playing at the moment. It also gives me the chance to play longer sets, plus I’ve lined up some great guest DJs who’ll be playing deep house to funky techno at future events”. (Trevor Rockcliffe)
Anne Savage returns to front Freaky Beatz in Room 2 with another dirty breaks set. Together with Commie, Anne put in a wicked performance at the launch, showing she can do the business on the breaks tip as well as the bosh!! Bedroom Bedlam winner Stewart Bennett also returns for a second month.
