Strawberry Fair is an annual event in cambridge which is FREE to all. During the day there are short film screenings, Live music (from Many Genres), entertainers, Games, AMAZING food stalls, clothing stalls and loads of art. There is also a Green peace garden and thousands of wierd hippy type people running about dressed up in fairy costumes!!!
The very first event of the Fair is the Strawberry Fair Parade . It traditionally leaves Midsummer Common at 11.30 am, marches into and round the City centre, and arrives back to the Common by 12.30 to mark the start of the Fair.

-East Stage - the biggest stage of them all.
-The Bigwam - a meaner, mightier version of the eclectic wigwam stage - now with lights!
-The Reggae Stage - reggae DJs play here.
-Acoustic Stage - mellower music in a beer tent.
-The green area aims to provide entertainment, education & inspiration for greener living. Powered by wind, sun & bicycle.
-Young Performers, now the FUTURE STAGE - if its too loud you're too old. Not just music on this one, but a series of acts involving, and mainly organised by, the young'uns.
-The Theatrikals Tent - new for this year there will be live music & theatre on stage. All part of expanding the range of entertainments that the fair has to offer for all age groups.
