Dj NINth
Music fanatic since he was born. Tibbs a regular behind the decks since 2003. His first sets were based on metal and industrial sort of styles. In 2003 he joined the biggest Hungarian “black style scene” community portal & crew (LD50) as a community manager (Dj, promoter, organiser and then a chief editor from 2008 to 2012). Became closely connected with electronic music in 2004. First he could be easily recognised by the dark and twisted psy trance music he spun, but by now after thousands of parties he’s tried himself in every existing musical direction in the underground. During these years he was a well known name in the Hungarian alternative (dark/goth, industrial, metal), psy trance, chill out/ambient, minimal techno, breakcore and the hard dance (hardcore/gabber and hardstyle) scenes, he’s still familiar in all those vibes, but he couldn’t stop at any specific genre. His main interest is fusion: the meeting points of the genres and of the underground and the mainstream are his true moving forces, regardless to any style or media. His sets are centred around the vibe, always fitted for the given place and crowd. From 2011 January he was playing on the Slimelight IndusTek floor almost every single weekend for more than 6 months. That’s how he finally found his own sound which is somewhere between evil hard trance, acid and dark techno, based on huge baselines, filled with epic power. Since then he’s unstoppable.
